1. Definitions
“Betcrypted Ventures” (“we”, “us”) is a sports data analytics and IT company registered in Kenya, operating betcrypted.com. “Data” means structured JSON datasets covering football fixtures in the 1X2 and Double Chance markets, Full Time only, produced by the ESF/EFF Hybrid Intelligence engine. “Client” means any person or entity accessing, downloading or purchasing Data. “SB” means our internal high-probability confidence flag. “Featured Game” means the single free daily match publication.
2. Nature of Product
We sell Data, not betting advice, predictions, investment advice or financial services. ESF applies deliberate exclusions by design: knockout fixtures, international friendlies, amateur and youth tournaments, fixtures with zero standings, dual-table league structures, fixtures without H2H history, and leagues exhibiting suspicious patterns. Gender defaults to men’s fixtures; women’s fixtures are flagged in the Data. These exclusions are signal preservation, not product deficiency.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Data is digital and delivered instantly upon payment confirmation via Selar or sell.app. A free Featured Game is published daily so every client can evaluate structure and quality before purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you have evaluated the free product and accept the paid product as described. If a paid day’s delivery is missed, it will be replaced with an equivalent day’s Data; no monetary refund is issued under any circumstance.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betcrypted Ventures, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for: financial losses of any kind arising from use of the Data; timing mismatches or delivery delays; misspellings, incorrect scores, non-existent matches, fixture changes or postponements; numeric or structural errors in standings, H2H or fixture data; third-party failures (payment processors, hosting, data providers); or any decision you make using the Data. MVP amnesty: the product is in active MVP development through 2030; known and unknown data anomalies may occur and are disclosed, not concealed. We are not liable for missing fields, null values or incomplete rounds during this phase.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Selar.com and sell.app. We do not store card details. Prices are listed in KES (Kenyan Shilling) for VIP; currency conversion fees are your responsibility. Payment disputes must be directed to the processor; we do not mediate chargebacks.
6. Data Usage & Ownership
Data is licensed for personal or internal business use. Resale or redistribution is prohibited except under written licence terms agreed in writing. Once ESF processes raw fixtures, the resulting structured dataset is our intellectual property; combinations you build with our Data are your derivative works. Reverse engineering, scraping or systematic extraction of our methodology is prohibited.
7. Access & Links
The system is accountless. Access is via unique obfuscated links with a 24-hour download window. Link security is your responsibility; do not share. We may revoke access or terminate service for detected abuse, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
ESF, EFF, Excel Soccer Filter, Excel Football Filter, Betcrypted and Betcrypted Ventures are our marks. Outputs are provided under an implied duty of confidence.
9. Compliance & Jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws on betting, gambling and data use. The Data is intended for analytical use in jurisdictions where such use is lawful. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya; disputes are resolved in Kenyan courts or by mutually agreed arbitration.
10. Amendments
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes are announced on-site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
